SADA (The South African Dental Association) represents the majority of active dentists in the private and public sectors of South Africa. The Association is regarded as the voice of the dentistry in Southern Africa and is the most relied on body regarding all aspects of dental practice in the region. SADA has a vision to be recognised as the trusted leader and voice of oral healthcare in Southern Africa. Its mission is to promote the interests, and serve the needs, of its members and above all encourage optimal oral healthcare for all South Africans.
SADA actively encourages Continuing Professional advancements of Dentists and AH Practitioners, and to this end, it regularly holds learning and mentoring events with CPD accreditation around the country. It also holds an annual internationally recognised SADA and OH Congress and Exhibition which is open to all interested persons.
ABOUT SADA CONGRESS
Taking place from Friday, 27 August 2021, until Sunday, 29 August 2021, SADA will be hosting its annual OH Congress and Exhibition, following its one-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic. The objective of this event remains about the promotion of learning and gives dentists a platform to bring forward new ideas and techniques at every level within the oral health fraternity. The platform offers opportunities for all role players in dentistry in South Africa for professionals and their companies to reconnect with industry peers.
The three-day event will include a full and informative schedule with prominent speakers from the dentistry industry. Each day will comprise parallel sessions and trade exhibitions, designed to impart new ideas, innovations, and information about the industry.
